In 2015 RG Pro Laser was built with the passion to satisfy our clients and the commitment to deliver flawless results with laser hair removal. Even though laser hair removal is how we came about, as we are growing, we now provide other types of services at our Concord & Worcester locations.

OUR POLICIES
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
As much as we would love to treat you as a walk-in, we can not guarantee a dedicated time for you therefore we would encourage you to book online or call us ahead of time to schedule an appointment.
As a professional courtesy to our clients, we are committed to starting all appointments on time. An early arrival allows time to fill out the appropriate client’s forms, change, and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment session to assure that the next client is not delayed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At the time of booking, you will be asked to secure your reservation with a credit card. Your card will not be charged unless the Cancellation Policy is breached. When rescheduling or canceling a reservation, we ask that you give us advance notice (24 hours) to avoid a $50 cancelation fee. We strictly adhere to these policies to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation! Thank you!
CHILDREN’S POLICY
For their safety, children may not enter the treatment areas at any time. For their protection, children are only permitted in the waiting area while accompanied by another adult. We appreciate your understanding!
PETS
For the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that you not bring pets into the salon. We understand that service animals are not pets, and are the only exception to the rule
REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All prepaid packages including products are not refundable or tradable for different body areas.
RIGHTS
We reserve the right to refuse service.
